Terms of Service — Aimakeup Beauty Academy

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to AI Makeup Beauty Academy ("Academy", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website at aimakeupbeauty.com, enrolling in our training programs, masterclasses, VIP mentorships, or booking beauty services in New York or Miami, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll or use our services.

2. Educational Programs & Enrollments

Our courses (Self-Makeup Masterclass, Hybrid Pro Certification, VIP 1-on-1 Mentorship) are designed to provide professional technique and artistry training. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or full course tuition.

Certificates: Graduation certificates are issued upon successful completion of curriculum hours and practical assignments.
Payment Plans: Third-party payment options (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm) are subject to independent credit approval by the respective provider.

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms (SimpleTexting Compliance)

AI Makeup Beauty Academy offers mobile SMS notifications and promotional messaging services to students and applicants who opt in.

        SMS Consent & Opt-In: By submitting your information and checking the promotional SMS opt-in checkbox on our forms, you agree to receive automated text messages from AI Makeup Beauty Academy regarding course schedules, updates, and special promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply.
      

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode or number. After sending "STOP", we will send a confirmation SMS to confirm your unsubscription.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Course deposits are non-refundable as student seats and equipment preparations are allocated immediately upon registration. If you need to reschedule your training dates, notification must be provided at least 14 business days prior to class start.

5. Intellectual Property & Media Release

All curriculum, guides, lookbooks, and course materials are proprietary intellectual property of AI Makeup Beauty Academy. Students during NYFW or studio backstage sessions grant permission for non-commercial educational portfolio photography.
